Matthew Rickett – Chiropractor, Sports Massage Therapist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Personal Trainer

I am very lucky to be married to the talented & beautiful Rebecca (she is the boss so i have to say that!), and we have 2 fantastic daughters & our dog called Bella.

I am passionate about playing and watching sport.

I play cricket, golf and run regularly. My first ever running race was the London marathon 2011, where due to injury my longest training run was 12.5 miles, yet I still managed to do it in sub 4 hours!!

I travelled the world for 6 months after my sport science degree, where despite being claustrophobic I went caving for 5 hours in New Zealand.

I like to set myself goals and challenges each year both physically and mentally, at home and work. One of which was to trek to Everest base camp which I did but managed to lose 1.5 stone due to food poisoning and altitude sickness (Not the advised why to lose weight I might add!)

I am a McTimoney chiropractor, sports massage therapist, and strength & rehabilitation coach. I have 18 years of personal training experience, and I am 1st team chiropractor at Southend united F.C.

I love helping people to lead happier, healthier, pain free lives. I also enjoy seeing peoples sporting performances improve through treatments & Conditioning training.

I am the current Essex 100m butterfly champion and have held the title for the last 8 years.
