Sports Massage

Sports massage is a form of massage involving the manipulation of soft tissue by rubbing, kneading and traction to benefit someone to stay activate.

Soft tissue is connective tissue that has not hardened into bone and cartilage; it includes skin, muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia (a form of connective tissue that lines and encases other soft tissues).

If you have had a minor sports injury and need to aid recovery then massage will help the progression of healing and in turn help your general sense of well-being, reduce stress and help the body to relax.
